Okay, so I have to vent and maybe get some advice: I paid some "professionals" to put up our lights again this year, thinking it was the same people as last year (who were great) but there was a sign up on Highland "All PRo" Lighting, so I called them to put our lights up....they came and it ended up being $400- but I kept asking them, well, as long as you come in January and the cost includes taking them down, storage, etc.I call a few days ago as we get a letter from our HOA telling us lights need to be down soon. I ask the professional when he can come get them down- he tells me he'll leave an invoice on our front door.
What???? I tell him we've already paid the $400 and that included the cost of bringing them down. NOPE_ he tells me at the bottom of my receipt (in tiny writing, which I do not remember him EVER telling me or I would have never agreed to this) that cost of bringing down the lights is not included in this cost. Who charges this kind of money and gets away with it???? Oh, I am so ticked as he tells me he is sorry he didn't make this clear- He totally misled me and in my view was completely dishonest in our dealings as I repeatedly asked him if the cost of taking down the lights was included. Now, I am stuck with lights that I have to get down ASAP and He could care less for he has been paid. Sucker I am.....
But I am not finished with this- he has probably done this to many people and I am not letting him get away with this! So, don't use ALL PRO Lighting!

Sounds like All PRO is not so PRO after all! I hired a college kid to do it for 50 bucks. But I only let him do the first floor level...I was too afraid he'd fall if he did the 2nd story. Try him next year... I'll give you his info! P.S. He never came back and took them down either... I did it myself!
That sucks Kel! {so does your HOA} :) Hope they had fun skiing though!
Oh Kell...that stinks :( I'd be way ticked too! Guess you should have stuck to the duck tape method!!!
